We're looking to expand Journo Portfolio in the Brazilian market where we have many active users and would like to partner with someone to help us support users.
We would like someone to work with us remotely to help with translation and customer support. You must have native-level fluency in written Brazillian Portuguese and good English.
Time commitments would be very flexible, starting at a few hours a week but hopefully growing with user numbers.
You do not need to live in Brazil, but ideally you would be available at least a few hours a day to support Brazillian users during working hours in Brazil and have some experience in translation and/or customer support.
The structure and renumeration available for this position is very flexible. Some form of revenue share is intended, which will reward your sucess in helping to expand our Brazillian market share and potentially earn you a significant long-term recurring income.
Familiarity with Journo Portfolio and how it works would be a major plus.
